Horrible customer service the lady screamed at me for sighing in the wrong spot.And the she we on the back to talk about my wrong doing. Seriously I could hear her comment about me.

I was expecting great service considering its a small, quiet post office. I was disgusted by the lack of courtesy and professionalism by two separate employees on 2 separate days. When applying for a passport, both women were extremely rude, impatient and acted as if they couldnt be bothered. I missed the walk in appt time by 10 min. I asked if the woman would make an exception and she quickly said no, without even making eye contact. When I asked questions, she cut me off and raised her voice as if I was annoying her. Unfortunately, I had to go back the next day and was happy to see a new face. That employee was just as ugly as the first! She put me on notice by telling me my picture probably wouldnt work and even made a note on the app that she told me it wasnt a good picture. I told her that I would have one retaken so that it would be accepted. Instead of offering to take my picture there, she sealed up all of the documents knowing I intended to retake the picture. Now that the envelope is sealed, Ill have to restart the entire process and pay another $35 fee. I didnt know this at the time and she didnt bother explaining this to me. We look to these agents for assistance to make this a smooth process, but these employees made it so much more difficult for me. Talk about disgruntled U.S. Postal service workers! Horrible experience!!

I sent some food that I cooked to a friend who is having a difficult time right now. I told him (the USPS employee) that it was perishable and that everything was on ice. I paid $30 for two day shipping and I confirmed that it would get there on time by asking him Will it get there by Saturday? Which he said yes to. It is now Monday, a holiday, and the package still isnt there. After looking at the receipt it clearly says Tuesday.
Now the hours that I spent preparing that food from scratch is all wasted. Now something that was supposed to be a gift to make someone feel better is a burden. Shes going to open a package smelling of rotting meat and its all because this guy didnt give two shi*s about his job or the people hes taking money from.
This is why everyone has lost faith in the USPS.
