        Was told part was in stock, ready for pick-up. Not only was it NOT in stock, they ordered it to arrive from Wisconsin by ground. Nobody has a week to go wait for an automotive battery. Customer service reps informed me that there was no way they would've told me that my part was in stock.

        this is my 5th time buying batteries at this place. and 2x for my car and motorcycle. they have better prices than auto parts stores. better warranty. great customer service.
