        I had a terrific experience with Allan who helped me with my order. Fixtures for a bathroom. One part was back ordered and Allan bent over back wards to get me my parts on time. Ryan was an absolute joy every time I stopped by the showroom.

        We went there today, seriously appliance-shopping. We looked around for a half an hour, nobody approached us asking if we had any questions, they were all on the phone. We left and went to Universal Appliance in Studio City, where a guy attached himself to us, answered all our questions and took 30K off us for our kitchen remodel. Different business models, obviously.

I have ordered a custom hood and Robert has made sure that I get exactly what I want! The process has been smooth thus far! He has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied and comfortable with my purchase. He is professional, respectful, communicative and an overall incredible individual! I will post images of the finished result once I receive the hood.
