Chris was fantastic- since I live on the East Coast, he arranged repairs as necessary, vetted a couple of tenants when my house was temporarily off the market, and is all around a good guy. His integrity is outstanding, and he was very patient with the long process of finally selling my property. His enthusiasm for vintage/historic homes is wonderful, as is his commitment to the Vallejo community. I unreservedly recommend him!

Chris is the historic homes expert in Vallejo. I was referred to him by several different people and glad they pointed me to him. He worked diligently for many months to find me the home I ultimately purchased. He has an exceptional knowledge of the sales process and works extremely hard for his clients.

Chris is an amazing realtor. As a first time buyer, he answered questions I didn't even know I had. He's very well organized and has created a helpful guide on his website that keeps track of every step in the buying process. He kept all of my needs in mind and had my back the entire time. He even helped to get a closing credit to reduce the closing cost for me. Chris has a background in construction and is very knowledgeable, he is someone to have on your team when it comes to housing.

We met Chris as he was selling an old Victorian in Vallejo. Conversation quickly gravitated to Airbnb and traveller rentals. Fast forward half a year or so. After an extremely difficult renter we had to evict we contacted Chris to sell our rental. I want to shout Chris Jacobsons name from the rooftops. Let me tell you what he did for the sale of the house that no one else has ever done for me. 1. He came over on his own time and did the following things: a. He helped paint railings on a deck that needed some love. b. Wired in a new LED front porch light. c. Took a large ornate framed mirror and rewired it for the guest bathroom and then installed it to the correct positioning above vanity. d. Regrouted an area near the kitchen sink that had crumbled. Matched the grout perfectly. e. Caulked and painted some door trim that I had never gotten around to finishing. f. Hired a handyman who came over and worked at least 8 hours to get the house tuned up and ready for first showing. Here is the thing; he paid for all of those supplies and labor out of his own pocket. Refused compensation when I asked him to take money. Never seen any realtor do anything like this. He has a very developed and sophisticated software system to keep track of all the paperwork and notifications. Always returns phone calls even when he is sicker than a dog with food poisoning. He is a people person and always giving good advice and sold my house in 4 days because he priced it right and chose the correct market for advertising it. This is when interest rates are in the 7 percent range. I have other properties and wouldnt even consider another realtor to buy/sale. Im ancient. I know when someone earns their keep. I highly endorse Chris as ethical, intuitive, highly experienced, credentialed, and vast knowledge of how houses are put together and what it takes to fix them. I do not endorse him as to having the ability to detect spoiled foods.
