Tim knows what he is doing! He is an expert in the Vallejo market and knows what it takes to sell a house. The marketing was phenomenal! Within one week of putting our house on the market, we had a buyer and closed escrow yesterday! Throughout the process, Tim remained in constant communication with us. His strong negotiating skills helped close the deal in record time! We can't say enough good things about Tim - - he gets it done and for that we're grateful! Tim has been great the whole way through. Even in dealing with a distressed property, Tim found a way to make sure i was able to get top dollar even after everything that could have went wrong did go wrong. Never missed a phone call. Was also very connected to the community which helped out a lot. Would definitely recommend.
