      Dear Sam,We're sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the service that you received from our company. We wanted to respond to your review to clarify the situation regarding the charge that you mentioned.During our initial visit to your home, we discovered that the heater was malfunctioning due to water damage caused by a leak in your roof. Although a leaking roof is not technically a plumbing issue, the water was dripping down and causing damage to your heater, which is why we recommended repairing the roof as well.We made five subsequent visits to your home to try to address the issue, but you refused to pay for our services. At that point, we had to consider the heater issue as a separate problem, rather than simply fixing our previous work. This resulted in additional charges that were necessary to properly repair the heater.We understand that this was an unexpected expense for you, but we stand by our pricing and the quality of our work. If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.Sincerely, Daniel
