The serviceman was professional and quick. He quoted $400 for a 30 minute service. He finally adjusted to $250 which I thought was high, but he was in and out in 30 minutes from the start of working. This was not an emergency call. Price gouging is everywhere. No quote or price range on the initial call. Service: Drain cleaning

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their dispatcher answered promptly -- on a holiday Sunday! -- and had a technician out to us within the hour. Francisco was polite, fast and effective. The company did not charge us extra for a last-minute, Sunday call. I hope not to have to use them again, but I'd call them in a heartbeat if I did.
