      image Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Peggy was a descent manager, but after her things really went downhill. Her brother is the boss so she may have had more consideration, but the replacement are pure bullies. I would stay away from them if you want a serious company with dependable staff and management

      Thank you for taking the time to post a review. The budget is determined by the Board of Directors rather than the management firm. In reviewing the last five years budgets, please note that assessments have increased approximately 30% while the state minimum wage has increased 33%, Utilities 24%, and insurance 28%. In addition, the association used settlement funds to reduce assessments in 2021 & 2022 by $14 per month, meaning the effective increase has during these five years has actually been 24%. During this time the CPI for the area has increased 28.6%. The bottom line is that the Board has effectively managed the finances keeping necessary assessment increases in line with rate of inflation the last five years.

      image Bad experience with water company (overcharged from reader error and responsibility given to home owners) and bad security detail (theft and owner car towings) towing company chosen has doubled pricing.. feels like personal benefits are brewing.. still theft and stolen cars..

      We too were very disturbed by the poor job the meter reader did in your community. This has caused an extreme amount of work for management and the Board of Directors to review and rectify the over and under billing. Understandably you are not happy with this situation, however, management was not the party that caused this error.
