We have a wonderful, very special and amazing maintenance technician on our property who we all adore and highly respect. His name is Javier Gonzalez and we all hope he never leaves Fountain Glen, Valencia. Thank you Javier for all you do for us. I would add 5 more stars if I could.

Facility is inept. My grandmother and I were supposed to become residents until they didn't give me my license back. During a tour they forgot to return it. I had to realize a day later it was missing and did their due diligence for them and call. They refused to mail it to me and instead insisted I drive out to valencia from the valley, over 20 miles one way, without a license, risking getting a ticket. On their voicemail it states they're open until 6. To my surprise when I arrived a paper on their office states a closing time of 1pm, that was never told to me when i called yesterday. There was no one to reach. I found out from residents the office staff is not the brightest; "they're professional but don't know what one hand does while the other hand does something else." They don't even have numbers for a landlord, according to 3 tennants I spoke to, for the weekend or weekday when the office is closed for emergencies. Seriously?! How is that legal? I have to take care of my grandma and have to drive her around without a license now until this facility decides to give me my license. I should not have to accommodate them when it was their mistake. Hilarious how they had my information and yet CHOSE to not reach out when they realized they forgot to return my license. They now have $100 of my grandma's money to hold an apartment and $50 for an application that they won't refund. After this inconvenience, which shouldn't even have Been one it makes us wonder how they'd react on a larger scale. Yikes.
