Abel Duenas is his own broker, which means he has very little oversight. I recently purchased a home and he represented the sellers. He nearly lost the sale due to his lack of preparation and communication. Our realtor was left having to deal with his mistakes. After the sale he made no effort to help remove our listing. I've spoken with other realtors and I understand that he has a bit of a reputation for being a bad agent. If you can avoid dealing with him, you will be better off, but if you have to make sure you check his work.
