She is a great property manager.  Kari Haile is great with tenants.  But if a neighbor didn't pay their bill on time, she'll be right on it.  She's reasonable, but isn't going to worry if a tenant behind in rent gets irate and posts lies about her great service on Yelp. Oh, she's also a great person and really listens.

Allegiant Property Services is one of the BEST property management services I have ever experienced.  Kari is very professional and engaging.  She processed my rental application in a timely manner and never missed a detail about my app information.  She was very thorough and I appreciated that.  A few months later when I called her because I was unable to open my window, she responded quickly and resolved the issue same day.  Kari is an excellent manager and she gets the job done.

Our experience with Allegiant Property Services has been fantastic! Kari has provided first rate service throughout our tenure in Vacaville and has gone the extra mile to ensure  a smooth transition out of the property (Military relocation). The open communication and transparency has been awesome and as a result we received our full security deposit. I understand the previous management company encountered some financial difficulty and as a result Allegiant was faced with a number of residual issues to clean up. That being said, Kari has gone out of her way to ensure our needs were addressed and I would highly recommend Allegiant Property Services to anyone seeking property management services!
