The staff is the nicest! They treated my little hurricane better than I expected. We love dr. Katie and appreciate everyone at the office!! My kiddo had an amazing experience and I know hell be happy to go back for his next check up!!

Please call the billing department before making an appointment and make sure they actually accept your insurance. To make a long story short, the office staff lied to my face and said they accept my insurance even though they havent since 3/2022. I asked multiple times before leaving if everything was fine with insurance and if I had any co-payments. I was assured that everything was taken care of. Now I have a $750 bill and all I get is text messages and emails about this outstanding balance. Ive called billing 4 times and Im told each time a manager will call me back because no one is currently available. Im still waiting for a phone call. So maybe this review will get me a call back. Who knows. This has been a nightmare.
