    My husband purchased used pick up truck a few years ago at this dealership. Why because his coworker "friend" said I can get you a great deal. Coworker "friend" said, he had been purchasing all his automobiles there for years with junior. The coworker "friend" even met us at the dealership. It was an all day affair. Typical sales tactic to me, drag it out . Junior, finance manager at the time, my opinion, a complete gas bag. However, my husband didn't want to hear it, because he trusted his coworker "friend "and junior. My husband purchased used pickup truck. They never registered truck with dmv so husband had to go back to dealership. Also was not a deal, he paid $1,000.00 more than other dealerships. **Recently his coworker "friend" admitted to my husband, he would get deals on cars or trucks when he brought business to junior.** Hopefully, this no longer happens. For prospective buyers if something doesn't feel right and/or your loved one tells you something doesn't feel right, listen.

    Car has been breaking down literally since I got it , because I am a woman the men in this facility feel as if they can mislead and lie . I would not buy a used car from here at all you will spend most of your time at their service center next door. Cant trust the car to get me to the next city and I have kids whose safety was at risk with this car .

    Had a great deal online decided to drive to the dealership and test drive. It had a great test drive with the salesman Neff and went inside to work out a deal. We came to a great deal at a price that we both agreed on and the price was for the vehicle, tax, title, registration and everything out the door. The trade worked out in my favor I got the price I wanted for the vehicle that I was trading but when we sat down with the finance person, and the asking price for the jeep was suddenly $6000 over what we had agreed on. When discussed, the manager of the dealership named Tony who we had never met before was extremely rude, came in and said, and I quote, "I'm not paying anyone's taxes." We discussed that this is not the number that the salesman and I had agreed on and shook hands on, and he said "I don't care you're still getting a great deal." He said that it was a miscommunication with the salesman and I said that should have been discussed before we shook hands on a deal. He said he didn't care and wasn't paying anyone's taxes. Tony was extremely abrasive and hostile when the error was clearly on their end. He threw his salesman under the bus saying he was new and didn't know what he was doing. Maybe don't let him make deals then? I sat with my wife and discussed for a few minutes and we decided that we would do half ($3000 more than we originally agreed on) since it the deal would have still been worth it so we wanted to make it happen. Tony wouldn't even consider any compromise and said "let me get your keys'" meaning the keys to what I was trading in. We walked. I don't want to do business with shady dealers who don't honor their deals. This dealership does not honor the deals that they agree to and will try to upcharge you. DO NOT GO HERE. READ THIS AND OTHER REVIEWS! They do this all the time!!!!!
