I had an appointment at 8am on Saturday. I dropped off my car the night before. I called at 1pm to inquire the status of the diagnostic. They said they would call me back. I called by 5 and said service department is closed. So whats the point of an appointment? If theyre not going to work on my car?

Trying multiple times to put in a claim for paint and having to call and go into the office to take pictures a multitude of times unprofessional

Had an appt at 11am, got there and the car wasn't ready to be shown. They had to finish some inspection. So I said fine let's finalize the numbers before test driving it since I knew I'd likely want the car. The advertised deal online was a lease for $239. By the end of talking and once they ran the numbers all of a sudden it was $360 a month. I understand there's some taxes and fees involved but that is a 54% increase in the monthly payment. Taxes are typically 10%. They couldn't make it make sense, said it was stuff out of their control, like the manufacturer adding a cargo net, first aid kit, and mats adds that much. Waste of my time.
