Power Of One Martial Arts Of Upland

We have been with PO1 for a couple years now. My oldest who is now 11 started when he was about 8 years old, maybe younger. He loves coming to class and learning new moves. He is very competitive. Competitive enough to where he also plays sports. After a brief hiatus, he has returned to PO1 and has returned back to the swing of things. After his first class back, he forgot some things but with the help of his instructors, he was able to recall what he had previously learned. PO1 has been always there for us, checking in on us and we will continue to be a part of this family as my youngest just started and loves it!!! Thank you PO1 for always making us feel like family

Glad we have been apart of such a great karate dojo going on 4 yrs . My daughter experiencing good skills for life . Great senseis always so friendly , motivating , dedicated to their students .

Power of One is awesome! Watching the change in my daughters confidence was amazing! I love the fact they teach all different types martial arts! The discipline and confidence my daughter has gain is invaluable! Would highly recommend Power of One to anyone!

Power of One is a fun, challenging, skill building dojo! We have been a part of the family for about 3 years and my son still loves attending! Sensei Jeremy, Mrs. J and the rest of the crew are amazing! They uplift, encourage, and push the kids to do their best! They teach respect, responsibility, and self determination. James' self-esteem and confidence has grown immensely since attending here!

No other Martial Arts training gyms compare to this one! The instructors are very motivating & encouraging. My sons' confidence have increased so much & we look forward to their classes every week. They don't just focus on physical training, they also work on teaching morals & discipline. The coaches really connect with the kids. We love it here!
