My husband and I have been going to Alonsos auto repair for a few years now. They do an excellent job on our cars and have the best prices! They are timely, kind, reliable and have integrity! Ive taken multiple vehicles to Alonsos over the years. Spent thousands of dollarsbut Ive taken note that it seems like every time Ive gone there recently, they always seem to find something extra that needs to be fixed.
Dropped off my vehicle for some recommended maintenance. Ended up not getting the work done because they called me with an estimate of $2200.
I noted in their recommendations that the engine air filter be replaced with an estimated cost of $191. For a part that costs $25 and takes about two minutes to replace.
The recommendations also noted something about the brakes. I just had the brakes done for this vehicle at Alonsos two months ago And my wife, who routinely drives this vehicle, swears up and down that the brakes are squeaking
Hard not to feel like youre being ripped off.
