        I needed a front end alignment and decided to see how well Sunland Tire provided the service. It is an older building but still serviceable. So if you like new . . . not here. It really did not seem to the that efficient of any operation. There was a older gentleman (and I am in my 60s) manning the desk with what appeared to a younger guy in his mid 30s. I called to confirm my appointment before I drove to the repair shop and the guy answering the phone was completed stunned to have anyone confirm their appointment? My appointment was at 0900 hours and the technician started about 0925 but he finish in about 20 minutes. The equipment was kind of new . . . but I did received a printout of the before and after specifications of my truck's alignment. I did check the location on Google maps before I purchase the coupon. I offer him a tip (because I worked flat rate 40 years ago) but the technician refused. Okay, with me . . .. I took tips in my day, but maybe times have changed?

        Got a bolt in my tire..on my way to another tire company I pass SUNLAND TIRE in Upland and decided to stop there. Paul fixed my tire right then and there...He didn't charge me at all. I cannot believe he did this for free!!! Paul was super nice and Sunalnd tire is my new place to go. Excellent service.

        These ppl overcharge hella n are untrustworthy. I talked with Paul and he was rude the whole time I was tryna get my car back on the road, they made me have to call them multiple times instead of receiving any calls.
