So much appreciation for them. I cant begin to explain how grateful I am for this shop. I was in much needed guidance after experiencing such horrible overpriced experience at another local mechanic shop. Feeling defeated and overcome with worry I prayed and was guided to call this shop. From the first phone call they were welcoming, friendly and very professional. I have extended warranty on my vehicle and well, they are great to have I also understand they are also a pain and can be demanding working with a third party; not only did they work with them they also did the non warranty part for not even half of what the other shop was asking for. I was out of town and not familiar with a lot considering I dont know much about vehicles. They communicated well with my insurance and husband and guiding us truly to the best, honest, ethical options. Shops and customer service like this, sadly, don't exist anymore, let alone the honesty of work. My sister lives nearby and I will always bring my vehicle to this shop when Im in town. I trust them fully and I am so appreciative. Thank you All!
