We had a terrible experience with this company. Called them for a broken faucet. They had said that estimates were free with no trip charge. Once the plumber reached and gave an estimate, he said the trip charge was $150 and to fix it would be $675. We ended up paying him $150 for the trip though the website clearly says no trip fee. We called another plumber and got the entire work done for $300.

Very responsive to a plumbing / bathroom emergency. Both technicians were knowledgeable about how to service the issue. Kind and courteous throughout their time spent at our home.

Had a great experience with Eric #2855 and Joe #0226. They came very quickly and explained every step of the job. They took the time try out possible, "Easy fix" solutions that wouldn't cost extra before going to the more in depth fixes. All in all once they found the problem I was confident they would fix it. They left the work area cleaner than the way it was when they arrived and explained everything needed to maintain good performance. They were very friendly also.

Roto Rooter called me back immediately and came out to the house to clear my sewer lines the very next day. Jeremiah handled all my questions and advised me of the problem. He called me back within minutes of my request to talk to him. He was professional and polite.
