We accidentally damaged the copper tubing behind the dry wall during a recent toilet upgrade project. The service guy came within 20min of the phone call. He warned that he would have to put a hole in the dry wall and we agreed. He was done in 25min and the drywall hole was less than 5 inches across. He was courteous and respectful of the property. We are very impressed with the work and promptness.

Great, responsive and professional plumbing help! I called Plumbing Connection (PC) when my kitchen sink line backed up the day after Boxing Day 2021. He came on time for my 1 pm appointment and diagnosed the problem immediately and correctly. His explanation for the root cause was rational and to the point. He efficiently pushed his rotor line through and completed the job in a timely fashion. He was meticulous and careful when handling items underneath my kitchen sink.
