What an amazing facility for our seniors especially Bernadette who is warm, welcoming and so knowledgeable! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a facility with safe and exceptional care!

Im a vendor and work closely with the Memory Care Unit. Bernadette, Memory Care Director has a good team. She continues to promote good care for the residents to her team. I enjoy working with them.

Ive been there for 2 months and a half and im ejoying my work as a housekeeper as well as helping the caregivers too.All our co-employees has a good bonding especially the memory care director Mam Bernadette.We do our works better and took care of the residents.I feel bad cause Im leaving them.Also,Sir Roderick and Cedrick is too kind helping me in some work things.I badly missed them and the patients May god bless them all

Please do not consider coming to this community. Pacifica has improper treatment to their staff. Employees get paid pennies for their dedication and hard work. The memory care residents escape constantly. The security for the memory care unit is just awful. The ED DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT. The executive director Rammy is really not a kind individual. She only cares about her image, she just wants bodies to work, she does not honor the team who works overtime and is literally put their blood sweat and tears into their position. Please do not waste your time working at or with Pacifica. And please honor the people caring for your loved ones, it is a tough job and caretakers and individuals working in Senior Living deserve better pay and better treatment by corporate. Thank you for listening to my Ted talk.
