Im a vendor and work closely with the Memory Care Unit. Bernadette, Memory Care Director has a good team. She continues to promote good care for the residents to her team. I enjoy working with them.

What an amazing facility for our seniors especially Bernadette who is warm, welcoming and so knowledgeable! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a facility with safe and exceptional care! Thank you Bernadette for all that you and your leadership is doing for the community!

Ive been there for 2 months and a half and im ejoying my work as a housekeeper as well as helping the caregivers too.All our co-employees has a good bonding especially the memory care director Mam Bernadette.We do our works better and took care of the residents.I feel bad cause Im leaving them.Also,Sir Roderick and Cedrick is too kind helping me in some work things.I badly missed them and the patients May god bless them all

I have volunteered at Pacifica Senior Living, and everyone was extremely helpful! Bernadette Bender was especially kind and helpful. I've enjoyed interacting with and helping the seniors.

My mom has had dementia for close to ten years. We had in home care for her for a number of years but she became very difficult and neither myself nor her caregivers could not control her. Two years ago, we placed her at Pacifica Senior Living in Union City, California. I was not sure they would keep her due to her behavior and was worried we would have to move her back to my house, which is small and not a good setting. A number of months passed and she started to become calmer and happier. She has room to wander as the living and common areas are large and open. To my surprise, my mom has made friends that she sees everyday. There is a nurse practitioner, who sees her for her problems, on site and the regular caregivers there are really good to her. We feel very fortunate that this placement worked out. I want to mention that the Executive Director, Mr. Anoop Nair, has been so great in helping us with any problem or concerns that may arise. Mr. Nair takes the time to resolve issues and really knows and understands the needs of the residents. He responds quickly to my questions and we communicate on a regular basis. Mr. Nair is dedicated to assure the smooth, day to day management of Pacifica Senior Living. Thank you Mr. Nair! The issues with my mom have been extremely stressful over the years. We thank Pacifica Senior Living for providing a safe, comfortable residence for my mother.
