Absolutely horrible customer service. The manager is unhelpful and just plain rude. Im appalled by how she talks to customers.

Very easy to work with and great communication! Several times they followed up with me (phone and text) to check on how it was going. My car was being repaired nearby and I needed a rental car. Total cost for a subcompact Hyundai was about $90 a day, which was a little high I thought but for a last minute rental what could I do? If the price was a little lower I would have given them a fifth star. Pick up and drop off was a breeze and the car of course, was clean and undamaged.

Very professional enterprise location they go either way to secure a car for you even though they are overwhelmed and busy and short and inventory they even upgraded me for free into a luxury vehicle really loved it thanks guys and thanks Ayla very nice and sweet person to deal with keep up the good work
