You have to check these reviews and know when theres a pattern of inconsistency with reviews. The ones thats saying everything is perfect. Or review earlier than 6 months is not something you can rely on. Because I know the game of getting people into apartments and not full filling their obligations. Its important to get in writing before signing a contract . Record them saying it. For your reference and records in court. Don't be desperate and swayed by a price. Its usually a red flag. I moved in with my friend while looking for my own place. 3 months was hell. I was sure I didnt want to stay there. It was the illegal towings, the inability to repair things in a timely manner. I just didnt feel safe for me to bring my family to. What they went through with that office staff.. Everyone are used by corporations as slum lords enforcement. Is criminal

I lived at the Boardwalk for around 7 months, where I had a 6 month lease and 1 month of "month to month". I had informed the staff in writing in October that I would be moved out by early December. Despite this, they still charged me the full month's rent for December. I contacted them about this mistake and they said there was nothing they could do except refund the money when I receive my deposit back. Deposits are supposed to be returned no more than 21 days after move out. It has been 2 entire months, and I still have not seen my December's rent (which they weren't even supposed to charge me) or my security deposit. The office is oftentimes unresponsive, and I have gone weeks without hearing back from management over email. They also double sold my parking spot leading to my car nearly being towed 2-3 times.

The office of these apartments are extremely disrespectful and evil. They towed my car without warning when it was in my parking stall ! The tow company they towed it with is charging me 400 dollars to get my car out and it has t been 24 hours . I called the office they continue to ignore my calls and they continue to hang up on my face. The ladies in the office told my roommate they were waiting to get more parking stickers until they do to park in the unit parking and they would call us when the received more stickers for parking in the meantime they took down my license plate so they would know not to tow.They completely lied and acted as if they didnt tell me these things and are being very nasty lieng calling police saying I was threatening them when all I ever said was this is wrong and they need to reimburse me for my car the illegally had towed. I have been trying to talk to the head manager the refuse to let me speak to them. The ladies in the office know they are wrong and have been doing this to multiple other tenants its a complete scam. No wonder these apartments are easy to get into. Dont rent to stay here they will pick at u and be evil and do things like this because they have been getting away with it for to long. I will have my lawyers be contacting them. And I will sue whoever is needed! Kendra in the office is very inappropriate sleeping with tenants who are married and multiple other men I have seen her sneaky out of apartments and she to lives there in a separate unit. I have kept my mouth closed and minded my business but since she is attacking my family Ill let it be known!
