I have been living here for less than a year, I have put in a maintenance request about 2 months ago due to our heater not working. I called the office many times asking for an update and was told I would get a call back every time and I never did. I told them I would withhold my rent until it is fixed or to reduce my rent for going nearly 2 months with out a functioning heater in the cold weather. They refused to discount any rent for the inconvenience and still yet to fix our heater. Maintenance and Office have very poor communication and apartments are over priced for what you get. Do not recommend these apartments, will not be renewing a lease here.

Holly and Cressa are AMAZING! Were very welcoming and gave us a very in depth tour and when we had questioned answered them with no problems. Overall very nice and hard working, they definitely need a raise!!!

Staff are great in here but property management ( KIM )very unprofessional and they charged me rental ins when I had my AAA (Thieves). Not a safe place to live at all. No security at all, car get vandalized, scratched and dented here. They will not work with you or help you. I do not recommend this place at all..Look elsewhere to rent...
I do agree with "Berenice Esparza" I pay my rental ins yearly, and had presented to the office, but this new company still charged me over $100....btw you guys are not sorry, it is just an act on web ....
How can one security guard cover four property??? two hours each property, sometime two property four hours only...
I request maintenance to fix the light in my unite, four days has been pass no1 has contact me.
New staff are so "Rude, and very disrespectful".
Only if the owner ( Carol ) knew how con-am staff are taking care of property and the tenant.
