        Response was quick, same day. After Paul provided good info to help us decide to replace our 8-year old, popping water heater, Toa arrived as scheduled and was excellent. The final installed work (plumbing, earthquake straps) is a marked improvement over the previous installation, and he also left the area very clean.

        I called Water Heaters Only and the technician arrived in 1 hour from my call. My technician was Max D.. Max did an excellent job in the installation of my new water heater. He cleaned the area completely before installation. He complied with the applicable building codes to the letter. He explained the operation of the system in detail and he answered all my questions.
