I stepped into my attached garage Thursday afternoon to find my 11 year-old Bradford-White 50 gallon leaking on the floor. I could have avoided a mess, if I had attached a hose to the waste pipe installed by WHO the last time. I shut off the gas and water ASAP. I called the Tujunga number where Kristen set up an appointment for the next morning with Tony. He was pleasant and professional, so I asked his last name in case there was a survey. Tony Edwards was fast, efficient and did an excellent installation. It's been a week now, and our new B-W 50 provides plenty of hot water like the old one. The work was done for the promised price, and Tony even noted the $50 OFF on the old WHO sticker and deducted it. Thank you for helping us so fast.

Immediate service! Not only that, but the last time we had them was about 12 years ago, and we had the same service person who happened to remember us. Yay, Toni. We love the big stickers they put on our unit. When something goes wrong, everything is easily accessible.
