Very disappointed.  Came out did a very thorough inspection after three weeks I called and ask for the quote.  Then got it a week later with a notice they would not do the work because they were too busy.Upon further inspection realized the quote they sent me was not even what I had asked for.After my dissatisfaction sent them email noting my dissatisfaction not even a call or email.  Guess they are too busy to care about customers.  Could have told me that upfront instead of wasting four weeks of my time in getting my house repaired due to damage.

Very professional teams. The quality of work was outstanding. They jumped on our restoration after a flood and just kept chipping away at it. Everyday we had Accurate workers on the job. The flooring, drywall work, painting, baseboards, kitchen restoration, and doors and windows were all done to top industry standards. Very impressed. The end product looks great. It looks like a new house. Very pleased with their quality of work.

Happy to say my mother is breathing easier. Thanks again. Really can’t thank Accurate Property restoration enough. My elderly mother was suffering from the effects of toxic mold. She was in desperate need of mold remediation. I called around to multiple places and got awful quotes and time-frames. Either it was too expensive or two long of a project. Also, other people I spoke to seemed to have little knowledge of how to tackle this endeavor. Thankfully I found Accurate Property Restoration. They came in and sealed off everything and cleaned up the toxic mold with ease.

You'd be shocked to find out how many home restoration companies are absolutely awful. I recently had to deal with not one, but TWO property restoration companies that were completely incompetent. When I told them to protect some of my personal belongings I came back later to find them sitting in standing water. Totally destroyed. Anyhow, long story short, I wound up going against the property management company to hire my own. Accurate Property Restoration are pros plain and simple. They finally got my condo cleaned up properly so I could begin to rebuild and repair things. Very grateful.

My husband and I were completely devastated after our 3400 sq. foot house caught fire, which caused substantial damage to the roof, all the wiring, walls, floors, furniture, personal belongings and extensive smoke damage.  Many unscrupulous individuals showed up that night and the next day to get us to hire them to do our house restoration.  Thank goodness Tammie, our daughter's Farmers insurance agent, recommended we hire ACCURATE PROPERTY RESTORATION in Torrance, CA.  We met David, co-owner of Accurate with Curt, 1 day after the fire - we were very impressed when David was at our house that night to start working on some of our concerns.We are so very thankful and we will be eternally grateful to ACCURATE PROPERTY RESTORATION for all their hard & conscientious work, endless support and willingness to work on our house restoration even when our insurance company at the time was very late sending the checks for payment to Accurate - in fact the final checks totaling more than half of the restoration costs were sent the week that we finally moved back into our house!1. The highest commendation and "Ultimate Thank You" to David, who did a phenomenal job designing, supervising, coordinating the overall rebuild of our home, helped us to make many design decisions which we absolutely love today (especially our front door, kitchen, living room, guest bedroom, hallway and master bedroom!), always kept us informed of any pending issues that we needed to be aware of, always provided immediate response when we had critical questions (including weekends & holidays), steadfastly supported and assisted us in dealing with the insurance company, mortgage company, temporary housing company, other vendors, the City, and even the California Department of Insurance (DOI)!  One thing we will always be grateful to David for, is the day after the fire, when we were utterly devastated and confused, we met and trusted him immediately and contracted Accurate to rebuild our house - he came right over to put a tarp on the fire-hole in the roof, just to allay our fears of rain that night.... 2. A "Special Thank You" for an exceptional job done by Kevin who worked tirelessly and persistently with the insurance company to finalize the repair estimate; by Randi who diligently handled all the checks, financial paperwork, communications with the insurance company, mortgage company, other vendors and was always available to answer any questions; and by Russell S who worked closely with us to get the house ready for us to move back, to get the details finalized for moving us out of the rental house, and for always promptly responding to many of our requests; 3. A "Monumental Thank You" to all the Construction crews who worked so hard and conscientiously for many long hours to rebuild our house into Our "Beautiful Home" - demolition crews, electricians, roofers, painters, plumbers, and the crews that put in the laminate flooring, the granite & marble, the windows and to John who did all the quality work on all our cabinets and closets.4. The highest accolades and "Outstanding Thank You" to the "pack out"/ "pack-in" crews - Elena, Maria, Elsa, Lupe, Francisco, Jose, Pedro, Letty, Luce and to Russel B and Rosa for the overall scheduling - for their extraordinary, phenomenal and above-the-call-of-duty efforts to do everything possible to get our content packed-up, stored, cleaned, moved back, unpacked, put away and made "Our Accurate Beautifully-restored House" into "Our Home Again"!!!  They also maintained photos of every item in our house and garage which could be identified by Room#, Box# and Item# - an amazing benefit which we still make use of today!
