My first floor was flooded and was dried out in a few days thanks to the quick response from the technician Marcos. Marcos was prompt, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and did an amazing job. Thank you so much for resolving my issue in a timely and friendly manner.

FOR MITIGATION: I was working at home one day when my worst nightmare happened. Water came pouring from two of my light fixtures and I could hear water gushing through my walls. The walls were so saturated that they seemed to be crying at one point. The floors were completely ruined as puddles of water formed underneath the decade old laminate. Within 12 hours, I was assigned, in contact with, and had scheduled a same day appointment with Rainbow (Chuck and his team). Being a first time homeowner, I really wasn't sure what to expect. However, Chuck, Marcos, and the entire team were incredible. There was constant communication about the process and the progress, they answered every single question I had (... I had a LOT ), and they were able to execute the abatement quickly, efficiently, and effectively. They truly went above and beyond. I'm already happy that I rehired them for the construction portion and am certain I'll be leaving another five-star review soon.
