        Here is the letter of gratitude I wrote to my coach Lance on New Year's Day 2020. I decided to post it here, as it is truly the way I feel about my experience. Happy new Year Lance! I just want to tell you that coming into a new year where my number one goal wasn't to lose weight was so refreshing, there are simply no words. I'm doing so well, have lost another 10 pounds since I saw you last and feel so wonderful and free from the weight burden. To see my sister thriving and enjoying the way she feels and looks also brings me very deep joy. She was so incredibly successful on your program... of course!
