He has a wonderful bedside manner. He listens to all my worries and when I was in the hospital he checked up on me even on his day off. His staff are amazing and very caring and accommodating

Ive been seeing the doctor for years now and he is so personable and kind. I have brought my other family members to come and see him and he has taken great care of all of us. He is always available for our calls and makes sure that we have what we need!

Both of my parents have been seeing Dr. Koe for at least 20 years. I've been his patient for around 10 years. His staff is amazing! They are always friendly and immediately return your phone calls when you leave a message. Dr. Koe is an excellent doctor. He really listens when you tell him your concerns and doesnt brush you off like most doctors that make you feel like you're just another cog in the assembly line. Even though I moved from Newbury Park to Los Angeles, I do not have any plans on switching doctors.

Difficult to see the doctor and people on the phone are not customer service oriented
