Amazing staff they are so friendly. I love how the staff greets you and makes you feel so welcoming every time I pick up my mail. The facility is very clean. I also have a storage unit and the storage area is also very clean, easy access and good security. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

The staff is outstanding. The facility is clean. Their hours are limited, not open on holidays for the postal side.

Great customer service and very friendly staff! We've had our motorhome there for a year and a half and appreciate the friendly staff in clean surroundings. We actually had somebody hit our motorhome and they reported it and the staff got back to us quickly so that way we could get the damage fixed. Very impressed with all they do.

After having mail stolen, I opted to use this business after getting rave reviews from my neighbors, who highly recommended them. Best decision I've made! I get ALL my mail now!The staff is the best thing about this place. We always receive the best and friendliest customer service from Tracy, Corinne, Samantha, & Manny.Paying extra is worth the peace of mind knowing that all your mail will be received. Lately, it seems that the USPS mishandles/damage/drop kick packages. Received broken items from the USPS. The staff here notifies you when boxes are damaged.Highly recommend Vail Storage & Postal Center!

Very clean storage and mailbox facility. Easy access to outside units. Restroom available. 24 hour access to storage is available for small extra charge. Security gate access. Patrolled and used by local police department. Well lighted. Safe.
