        The manager helped me tremendously find my former documents from a several year old account in order for me to move forward with a legal issue. I was surprised they had the ability to find all my documentation of the unit I rented. Further the facility was easy to access and clean! I was very happy to use this storage facility and all staff and management are of the highest caliber! Kudos to Manager Ariana who emailed all the docs to me and stayed on the line as I opened each one with my computer as I am a senior citizen with limited tech skills-she walked me through each step!

        It was okay at first, then the price went up and up to a point where it was ridiculous. Got my stuff out to another facility, much roomier and nice, for almost half the price. I guess big companies dont mind keeping customers happy. Would never recommend to anyone, sorry but not sorry.
