I want to say that Sidney and his company has help me not only once but twice the the past 2 1/2 years. We were moving to Japan and had a hard time selling our home due to the mortgage crisis which I was a victim of a toxic loan. His company helped me sell our home in a short amount of time. Then we contacted him again to find us a home to live in once we return to the USA. He found exactly what we wanted and needed under 3 months of asking and we closed escrow and now we are home owners again. I was very happy with Sidney as my agent. To me, it was a very uneventful transaction. I bet he put a lot of work to it, so to him, it might be an eventful transaction. He is always on top of his emails, and he is organized. He replied my emails during holidays and weekends. He encouraged me when the lenders give us problems. If I knew it will be like this smooth, I would have called Sidney a lot earlier. He helped me emptied the trash during the weekend. And he helped me installed CO2 detector. We interviewed each other through Skype. So it is a huge convenience for me who lived far from the property. Also, as a home owner, I encourage you to stay on top of your signatures, understanding what you have signed for, this can help the transaction too. Today is my dream day. We worked with Sidney and his Team for over a year and can honestly say one of the best experiences we have had throughout the years. Both Sidney and Valerie were always very responsive to the many questions we had throughout the short sale process, not only emailing their reply but giving us a personal phone call when that was warranted. We know for a fact that they worked countless hours with the banks and fought hard for our rights under the law. As the short sale process stretched out to no fault of Sidney and his team, they assured us that everything was on track even when the banks were responding back with counter offers.
