Non-responsive just to schedule a viewing. After reading the many reviews that have had the same experience, if I can't reach the company to schedule a viewing, or apply for a place to get no response; its best to take my business elsewhere.

I echo Stephanies review! We too have had nothing but problems with the property we rented through trillion. So many requests on our property from undisclosed mold, plumbing issues where we overheard the owner of the property say their house was a money pit with leaks before. When you do finally correspond with someone from trillion its met with attitude and unprofessionalism. Im just really glad I took a bunch of photos before we moved in so the blame wasnt passed to us! We do NOT recommend renting through Trillion.

I'm a quiet and reliable renter but I've never had issue with a property management until now. Issues don't get resolved, maintenance and most of the people I've talked to their are pretty clueless. Also don't expect any help or maintenance on a weekend  I've had a serious issue and it had taken them 3-5 days to take any action. In my experience the employees are not very responsive as I've currently been trying to get something resolved for 5 months.

Total garbage rented from this company for 5 yearsAnd I get slapped for a bill that was not my responsibility The gaskets of there early 2000 house gave out since I moved in I even have the pictures how the glass was damaged,on a rainy day  the window leaked they hired a handy man to spray black flex seal over white window frame looked like we lived in the ghetto upon moving out they slap me with the bill like wtf ‍ I'm not responsible for this When I rented the house I desperately needed it because they relocated me from another house because the landlord decided to sell, completely understand but the house they relocated me was not painted or even clean I told them I would handle the paint to help me get moved in "no problem " When I moved out I resprayed for second time And they still slap me with a bs bill of holes covered The landscape don't even ask same I never touched it, point less gave it back as it Bottom line poor management I really don't care I'm glad I finally bought a home I went with another company trillion offers the home buying services but how I got treated!,I was like kick rocks,I even asked to put an offer to the landlord not even a reply l, oh well the house I bought is a lot better and I even remodeled my kitchen

We rented from this property management for 3 years before buying, everything was streamlined and we felt like property management was unbiased towards either the tenants or LL. Service requests were handled quickly and payment system is simple. Everyone was respectful and polite. I would definitely use Trillion Property Management to manage a rental in the future.
