I rented a property in Temecula for a year and 4 months from Executive Home Rentals. The property was not in perfect condition but every time we reached out for a repair or replacement, Ashley was very responsive and took care of the problem in a timely manner. Every interaction I had with their team was very professional. We took care of the home for the time we were there, left the place very clean, and we received our full security deposit back. We could not have asked for more from a property management company.

I have rented with Executive Home Rentals (Temecula) for three years. I would not hesitate to recommend them! The online portal, to pay and put in service requests, is very user friendly. I have put in three requests and ALL of them have been answered and approved for repair faster then I expected. I think this business does a great job and I give it 5 stars!

There has been almost NO COMMUNICATION for the past 7 years.  I have to call and email over and over like a stalker to get any type of response, which is usually a false promise to call back. I sent a doctors note that the ventilation & carpet needed to be cleaned & they declined it! We've had to pay out of pocket for almost everything. If we didn't have standards, they'd be slumlords b/c they have none! They only make time for tenants the day after rent is due to tape a huge pay or quit notice on the door.

Tammy came highly recommended from a good friend of ours. Then once my wife met Tammy, they really hit it off.  Tammy is extremely knowledgeable and customer service friendly. Executive Rentals is very professional all the way around. Our house we are renting out has over 100k in upgrades and we put a lot of work into getting the property so nice. There is no one other we would trust  other than  Tammy to pick the Best Tenants that will take great care of our home.  You can tell Tammy cares both about her clients and customers because she is so great at finding a nice place that someone can call their Home.  She is very smart and has built a friendly , professional business. Looks like any Bad Reviews on here are just angry tenants that probably destroyed someone's house. 5 Stars in my Book!
