Once the lease was signed, the home was turned over dirty and with a bug problem.(pictures to prove) then invasion of privacy throughout the two years. And lastly he broke several real estate laws when the home was vacated. If we didn’t move out of state we would have taken him to court for discrimination and breaking commen laws regarding deposit charges. AVOID THIS GUY!!!

I am a current homeowner, who just got separated from my partner of 15 years. I am leaving the house to him, so i started the process of looking for a long term rental over a month ago. I have seen a lot of properties, and talked to a lot of different property management companies. With the covid outbreak, it has been very difficult finding one story properties that suit my needs. I had the most pleasant experience when I met Dennis Wilson! He is a very detail oriented, great at communication, and he follows through with what he says he is going to do. I went to see one of the most beautiful properties I have seen in a very long time, and right when I stepped into the property, it was like I was stepping into my own home. I can tell that Dennis is very thorough and he takes pride in keeping the properties he manages in the most tip top shape. I was impressed with his communication skills, very much professional as well as friendly. He didn't rush me, and he took the time to get to know me as a prospect to make sure I was a good fit for the property, and that the property was a good fit for me. The application process was easy. I was approved, and I am well on my way into my dream home lease. I feel very at ease talking with Dennis and I am glad that he will be the one to take care of the property I will be staying in, as he is very thorough, and I can tell he goes that extra mile for his clients. I would put trust and faith in not only leasing a property from him, but also entrusting him in the listing of my own rental. I am over the moon about this new property and can't wait to move in in less than a week now! Thank you so much Dennis.

This guy doesn't even deserve one star ⭐️ 😡 Don't trust him he's a liar and a fraud he deserves to get his Real state license revoked for not following rental regulations and trying to take improper fees from deposit!!!! You can't even have a decent conversation that he gets defensive, won't repair things properly try's to get away with anything!!! Extremely dishonest "rude" I should have taken him to court for what he did to us!!!

Dennis may be good to his property owners, but as a tenant it was the worst experience with a landlord ever. He is unprofessional, derogatory, sarcastic and disrespectful. He does not deserve anyone's business including home owner's. He doesn't follow through on his commitment to take care of properties, it's left up to the tenant and then charges them for all of it when they have to move. I lost my job and was unable to afford it on one salary, we helped him find a new tenant and left the place looking better than we moved in, and we were still horrible tenants and lier's according to Dennis.
