I am the original developer of a 44,000 SF retail center in Menifee, CA. I employed Coastline Equity, Inc ("CE") as my property manager soon after completion in 1991, and they have been my property manager ever since. Over the years, ownership remained mostly the same, but the management personnel at CE changed several times, which has been challenging. On the other hand, the senior management and financial gurus have now created a highly upgraded and capable team - they treat my property as if it was their own. Fortunately for me, the last change of managers matched Erica Tromley with my property. Erica is clearly the most capable and responsive property manager that we have had to date. We look forward to continuing our long-term association with Erica and CE many years into the future.
