I TRIED TO GET A LOAN AND I NEEDED MULTIPLE PIECES OF HOA DOCUMENTATION, IN ORDER TO GET THE LOAN, ON A RUSH BASIS. I CALLED APRIL THOMPSON & ASSOCIATES, APROL PERSONALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE. SHE IS AN ATTORNEY AND OWNER OF THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY, THAT MANAGES THE HOA BUSINESS FOR MY BUILDING, IN SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA. SHE WAS EXTREMELY GRACIOUS, EXTREMELY KNOWLEGIABLE, EXTREMELY PROMPT. WHEN I CALLED HER. SHE PROVIDED ME, ALL THE DOCUMENTATION I NEEDED WITHIN HALF AN HOUR OF MY PHONE CALL TO HER. I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED AND GRATEFUL, FOR HER IMMEDIATE HELP. SHE MADE MY DAY. AFTER ESCROW CLOSED, MORE DOCUMENTATION WAS NEEDED FROM THE HOA. SHE, AGAIN, PROMPTLY PROVIDED EVERYTHING THE LENDER AND I NEEDED, ON AN URGENCY BASIS. ALWAYS WITH THAT SUPER PLEASANT, SUPER FRIENDLY, PERSONALITY. SHE IS SUPER KNOWLEDGIABLE, SUPER FRIENDLY, SUPER EFFICIENT AND EVER SINCE SHE TOOK OVER THE MANEGEMENT OF THE HOA FOR MY BUILFING, IN WHICH I OWN A CONDO AND LIVE, EVERYTHING HAS BEEN RUNING LIKE A WELL OILED MACHINE. I CAN'T BE MORE IMPRESSED HIM HER AND HER COMPANY. I AM A REALTOR , WITH ALMOST 30 YARS IN REAL ESTATE. OVER THE YEARS, I DEALT WITH A LOT IF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES FOR MY CLIENTS, I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SO WELL RUN, SO EXTREMELY EFFICIENT AND RUN BY AND OWNER THAT COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASANT, WITHOUT A CHEAP ON HER SHOULDER, AS MOST ATTORNEYS ARE. SHE COULDN'T BE MORE DOWN TO EARTH.. SHE IS ATOTALLY FANTASTIC HUMAN BEING, THAT IS ALSO SUPER EFFICIENT AND RUNS HER BUSINESS, LIKE A WELL OILED MACHINE AND AGAIN, I HAVE NEVER SEEN MY BUILDING MANAGEMENT, SO WELL RUN, EVER SINCE APRIL TOKE IT OVER. I DON'T LEAVE REVIEWS ONLINE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME, I EVER DID. AS A REALTOR. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SO EFFICIENT, MANAGING MY BUILDING SO WELL AND RUN BY AN OWNER THAT IS ALSO AN ATTORNEY, THAT COULDN'T MORE PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT ALSO HELPFUL TO ME, IN SUCH A PROMPT MANNER. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU, IN THIS WORLD, IF MOST PEOPLE WERE LIKE YOU, THIS WORLD WOULD BE A MUCH BETTER WORLD AND RUNNING FAR BETTER, WITH IMMENSE ADMIRATION, APPRICIATION AND GRATITUDE. Our home owners association has been using April Thomas and Associates for a few years now and her attention to detail has been nothing short of fantastic. April takes a very hands on approach and gives her personal attention to every matter. I can't tell you how much money she has helped save our association. The best part is the homeowners have commented many times just how much they appreciate her company and the quick action she takes to calls. As the President of Candera Homeowners Association I can tell you we have been through three other companies. We have never experienced the same level of perfessionalism that we have come to expect from her.

April Thomas and Associates is the property Managment that manages our current housings HOA. April Thomas heard and advocated for our concerns over a red curb issue recently. Weve had issues with past HOAs and couldnt be happier with our experience with April Thomas & Associates. Highly recommend.

April was so kind, understanding, and helped facilitate us removing a red curb from outside our house. This wasnt initially there and was subsequently removed thanks to April. We now can park in front of our house without fear of being towed! It took some time but April kept us informed and in the loop the whole time. Very grateful.

Before April Thomas, our HOA was like the Titanic headed for the iceberg. We could see the looming disaster but felt helpless to prevent it. Our previous HOA mgmt company mismanaged us for years. When I bought my condo I was volentold as the HOA president. This was my first home purchase. I had some professional experience managing large projects skills but zero experience trying to manage a building. You don't know what you don't know. For about 1.5 years I watched helplessly as our building declined. Lost many nights of sleep, hemorrhaging money from plumbing issues, declining quality of life for the residents.... the HOA company we had before AT mgmt was awful. They didn't care. I didn't have the experience to know how bad our HOA mgmt company was. Then we retained the services of AT mgmt. While she can't work miracles, she has worked hard to aim us away from disaster. She can't conjure millions of dollars but with the money she is allotted she manages it well. She is direct, responsive and knowledgeable. Additionally, she has a great network/team of people she works with. We still have some rough sailing, but we are slowly turning towards clear waters. Thank you April and team.
