Very rude and unprofessional customer service and even more unknowledgeable manager named Maria!!!!! The cashier named Luzha was incredibly rude and didn't know how to process a return, despite me having everything in order. She wasted 15 minutes of my time arguing with another cashier about a problem that the computer was showing, instead checked to see if I peeled off the barcode and accused me of foul play. It wasn't until she called the manager Maria over that everything went through with the help of another cashier. After all this, Luzha the cashier did not even apologize for the long wait and accusations. Very rude and unprofessional, she obviously was not trained enough to be a capable cashier.

Worst customer service and store manager Never back again to this store . I purchased the item from home goods and the following day I returned the same condition and with tag on it and the store manager said this is not from our store . And said the receipt shows i got here but Im not sure why you didnt scan the item . And she started it to yelling on me and with aggressive behavior Anyway i was very disappointed and i always get my item from home goods Granada hills location better variety and great customer service .
