        This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They do not return calls, they come on the wrong days when your business is closed and still try to charge you, customer service is outsourced and does not communicate with the local branch, local branch will blame customer service and will not be able to fix your issues without tickets made from customer service. You get the point, stay far away!!!

        I have called them 2 times to SCHEDULE my on-site shred. I was working with a representative by the same of Nicolas and he REFUSES to return my phone calls and emails. Our business is closing and I just need my documents shredded so we can leave the building. I have been on hold twice and over 45 mintues each time. If it was my own personal choice I would of had another company do the job! I'm so disappointed with the customer service with SHRED-IT!!!!!!!!!!
