        I have called them 2 times to SCHEDULE my on-site shred. I was working with a representative by the same of Nicolas and he REFUSES to return my phone calls and emails. Our business is closing and I just need my documents shredded so we can leave the building. I have been on hold twice and over 45 mintues each time. If it was my own personal choice I would of had another company do the job! I'm so disappointed with the customer service with SHRED-IT!!!!!!!!!!

        Packed 10 boxes and went there twice today. First time at noon and the doors locked, says to call number, called it and was told walk-ins only 1-3pm. Leave and come back at 2:30. No one answers door or phones after several tries. Going elsewhere, don’t waste your time here

        The billing department and accounting do not know what they are doing. They don't apply our payments correctly, they do not send invoices timely and I believe they do not care about their customers.
