Revivising & Updating just found out despite of Beth looking out for me to avoid any unnecessary charges... she supposedly ran my synopsis of financial information to debt ratio factor to "Owner" without an application fee to get an yay or nay on whether the owner would consider us for tenancy.How corrupt and deceptive to find out how she low key manipulatively  as I find out today via my credit report analysis to see Innovative Realty (Beth) ran my credit.  This will be followed through to the BBB

Very dissatisfied with Karen's customer service, I called asking for a price of a house and was replied with an unprofessional tone and it just felt attacking,and the relpy was that the house was pending even though there's was no sign for that. I wouldn't recommend there service period.

The answering of all our questions, research housing market to find the one which fit our dream and always being available. Beth Campigli will never be forgotten because she truly cares about her clients.

We have used Karen's agency a couple of times now to purchase, and we were very happy...especially with this last purchase. We'll eventually be selling thru her agency as well. I don't understand the negative reviews. Any issues we have had have been because the seller or seller's agent were untruthful, delusional, or disfunctional. Karen has always been professional and frank with us. Home buying and selling can be an emotional roller coaster,  but clear heads almost always prevail.

Karen and Kevin were exceptional!  They represented us as buyers and led us through every step of the way, answering all of our questions and being right on top of the sellers agent with our requests. Couldn't have been happier.
