As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect when it came to buying a home. I must start by saying that Evelyn Serrano is a Godsend. After working with another agent who seemed to only want to show us sub-par places that may have fit a narrative about us that was in their own mind, i was left extremely discouraged and on the verge of completely giving up on attempting to purchase a home. But then we met Evelyn. To say that her efforts in assisting us in finding a home that we wanted to buy were fanominal would be an extreme understatement. There are few words that come to mind when describing how professional, attentive, supportive and timely she was from the very first day to the day we got our keys. If I had to rate Evelyn with a number of stars, there wouldn't be enough stars in the entirety of every galaxy in existance to justly rate what she did for us. She and her team worked tirelessly against what seemed like impossible odds and made my dream of being a "home" owner a reality. I truly thank God for you Evelyn.
