I used Romano's Macaroni Grill to cater my daughters baby shower last weekend.  Lance, the Senior Catering and Event Manager was my point of contact.  He was amazing!  I can't say enough about how easy he made the entire process.  He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions.  The day of the event the food arrived on time and everyone at the shower raved about how delicious it was. Will definitely hire them again for any future events I may have.

I had not been here in awhile and thought they had closed, but what a pleasant surprise to have dinner tonight with one of my best girlfriends. It's the perfect ambiance for relaxing and chatting and enjoying a good meal and amazing service from the time we entered until we closed the place down. Our server was Sophia and she was attentive and as amazing as the food! Can't wait to go back! I highly recommend.

This Needs to Reach The highest level of the Company! Rochelle IS Truly amazing! No, you dont understand! My wife and I have been coming to the restaurant for years. We have seen many people come and go; seen many new managers and lots of in-house promotion. Sometimes the highest level of the company doesn't get to really see the hearts of the workers because its all business at the top... Under the surface Macaroni Grill has a person, who is and has been dedicated and hardworking; Patient and committed; Alert and aware. My wife and I got to spend a good 15 minutes with Rochelle Friday night; during my wife's birthday. We didn't even know Rochelle's name, we only had seen her through passing, but we have seen here for a couple of years. She stopped by our table JUST to ask if we were enjoying ourselves!!!!!! Who does that!!!!!??? She wanted to know IF WE WERE ENJOYING OURSELVES!!!! DID CORPERATE hear that?? I mentioned to her that Nobody has ever asked us that at any place we have ever dined! THAT IS CALLED HOSPITALITY! The importance of a good time IS EVEN more important than the foods quality! So, we dug into her, being extremely nosey LOL and asking a ton of questions. The restaurant has turned new faces quite a bit in the last few years, so we were wondering WHY it wasn't hers? It's the tender heart of a worker that a company will miss out on, because they only see the surface. This Young woman, Says please and Thank you; Says Your welcome. SHE is genuinely head and shoulders above the people who are there to collect there tips and wages; trust us on that! Not only did she bring A great refreshing sense of human intimacy to our evening, But we felt like we made a friend. So, we are writing a friendly review, because its the small things that go un-noticed. Just not to my wife and BECAUSE We ARE ALWAYS LOOKING for the small things!!! Thank you Rochelle for making sure we HAD A GREAT GREAT EVENING! #Blessings
