Front office is the worst I've ever dealt with. Get ready to provide the same info over and over again because the girls up front are clueless and rude. Constantly running behind by 30 min to an hour. Dr speeds through visit and doesn't listen. Takes an average of 3 calls for anyone to answer the phone. Bad representation of Dignity Health. Touch tone robotic menu while calling doesn't work half the time. We went here for 7 years and the problems were constant. SO glad we switched to another Dignity Health provider.

Dr Tso is a wonderful easy to talk to doctor, Ive been her patient for 18 yrs Ive had many medical challenges and she ha so been there for me thru them all. i highly recommend her as a dr and the practice.

Dr tso has been my doctor for about 23 years. I have noticed her care trending down hill the last couple of years. I tried to just deal with it because she has been my doctor for years. After my last visit I will no longer visit her unless she does my pap smear. I went in to visit her because of symptoms due to stress and chest pain, she told me I might need to find a new job. I'm not a problem patient , my last visit to her was over a year ago yet she acts as if it's that easy to just change your job field. After I said something back to her oh, she then said I will order a chest x-ray to help you feel better She was really upset that I hadn't got my vaccine yet . There is no empathy from her anymore. If have an issue she brushes it off like it's nothing. I do not recommend this doctor anymore, she treats you as if you are the problem. That's hard for me to say because again I have been attending this physician since I was about 18 years old.

Not good she don't take care of patients good if u got a cough and other sinus issues she just give u antibiotics and don't check your lungs or send for x-Ray when your 80yr old

Dr. Tso listens to me & discusses what she feels is the best strategy for getting better. I would definitely recommend her.
