    To start with I had to wait almost a month for an appointment. Then when I get to my appointment(This is the hardest place to find!) they tell me my appointment has been canceled due to an emergency. That part I completely understand. But what I cant understand is why they SAID they called me two times and left two messages on my voicemail that day but they DIDNT call or leave any voicemails. So I get to my appointment and they let me know that its been canceled and they went ahead and scheduled for Monday. Well when I get there on Monday before my schedule appointment time at 8:15, theres a sign on the door that they have a staff meeting until 830! This shows a blatant disrespect of peoples time as well as their calendars. Why would they just tell me 830? Anyway, I have yet to see the doctor he would have to perform miracles in order to get me change my review. I dont think the staff realizes that their interactions can make or break a patient. I wish I could go back to Sutter. I definitely will in January.

    Doctor is great. The staff have zero communication skills at the Stockton location. One of the rudest I've experienced. Phone line is often busy so good luck trying to call the office. I recommend using the HT app or using the online portal for faster replies and medication refills. It has helped me get a hold of Dr. Hill and allowed me to get questions answered for my grandmother in a timely manner. Office staff make a huge difference in doctor appointments. My grandmother visits a ton of specialists and sorry to say but HT staff is the least accommodating. However, Dr. Hill is one of the best doctors. I still give this place one star because as a nurse myself, I can assure you that it is crucial for the medical team to work together and provide a good environment for patients and their families.

    If I could give 0 stars I would! Normally I do not write reviews but WARNING - the office staff are rude, insensitive, non-accommodating, and have poor communication skills. Dr. Hill is kind and respectful, but the staff at this place should be fired and replaced. Does not make her clinic look good on her behalf. The phone line is ALWAYS on busy, the button to transfer NEVER works, and I never receive call backs even after countless of voicemails. Unbelievable. There is also poor communication between the staff and the pharmacy and yet they do not make an even an inch of effort to fix anything! I myself have to call the pharmacy back and forth. Can't call the HT office because they won't even answer. Whenever I am done with my appointment, there is always one lady at the desk that is very rude and does not even acknowledge I am there when I need to be scheduled for the next follow up appointment. Once I stood there for 5 straight minutes, they knew I was there yet they were just talking amongst themselves and did not bother to help me at all. Kept saying excuse me excuse me?! Until they looked my way. When I finally got scheduled for the next appointment they were passive aggressive. They asked what date to schedule me next. What the heck! What do you mean did you not communicate with the doctor about when to schedule me? I had no idea it was my first visit there. I loathe trying to call this place for updates or questions about anything - billing, medications, or simple appointment questions. Their online system helps communicate with the doctor via direct message, but I prefer calling since it's SUPPOSE to be faster and more convenient. THIS PLACE SUCKS AND RUINS MY MOOD. I NEVER LOOK FORWARD TO DOCTOR VISITS HERE BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!

    Last year I performed an annual free inspection in this clinic, but this year I received the laboratory inspection fee. The insurance company asked the clinic to provide relevant information. I called the person in charge of the bill at the clinic, and she said that he must have insurance to call them directly. They cant contact the insurance directly. The insurance company has sent them a letter saying what information to provide, but no one in the clinic is willing to provide me with these information. The service attitude is not good and I am very dissatisfied. If no one can help me solve this problem, I I dont come to this clinic anymore when I am with my family. If you want to choose this clinic, please inquire about the related costs before coming!
