Absolutely worthless, they cancel my appointments days in advance, schedule me months out at a time, NEVER follow up on their word. Dr. Wong is an absolute worthless POS, don't bother with this place.

Raissa Hill was me and my son dr years ago if I could have kept her I would have but moved out of town and had to change drs man I miss her. She was truly an amazing and loving Dr she did everything she could to make sure I was good. I would truly recommend her to ppl. Now one of her staff was truly a butt head. Doctor is great. The staff have zero communication skills at the Stockton location. One of the rudest I've experienced. Phone line is often busy so good luck trying to call the office. I recommend using the HT app or using the online portal for faster replies and medication refills. It has helped me get a hold of Dr. Hill and allowed me to get questions answered for my grandmother in a timely manner. Office staff make a huge difference in doctor appointments. My grandmother visits a ton of specialists and sorry to say but HT staff is the least accommodating. However, Dr. Hill is one of the best doctors. I still give this place one star because as a nurse myself, I can assure you that it is crucial for the medical team to work together and provide a good environment for patients and their families.

The receptionist Maria is the most rude unprofessional uncomprehendable person to ever aggravate , confuse and destroy any day dealing with her ! The worst on earth ! Maria has stopped me from getting medical care and she is costing me thousands of dollars . this rude woman will not direct your call answer your questions she is a real problem i have called over seven times today and i have not gotten anywhere trying to correct this offices incorrect billing , mistakes costing me my last nerve . The staff must be freshly fired from burger king or day care in a mental ward. What a deterrent for medical care and a waste of time that could have been spent a lot better hello medical care ?? she cant be answering the phones for a doctors office or any business for that matter this receptionist cant represent how to escape a wet paper bag

Dr. Hill is the sweetest + most validating doctor. She talks slowly and compassionately, listens and never makes you feel rushed in your time with her. I genuinely could not have been graced with a better primary doctor. And it's so awesome to have a fellow, Filipina as a doctor!
