Only way to get any service is in person. Does not always work for some if us that are caregivers not easy to run around town to every dealer to find the phone you're looking for or to talk about your plan or the fact that when you click on upgrade the website tells you to call customer service which tells you to call go to the store as their phone numbers are not answered. So why waste an hour of my time sending me from the website to a phone number that is useless. When finally asked for a supervisor I was told there was no corporate office which everybody knows is a lie. However, when you call the corporate office number online it does not work either. All these facts bring me to the conclusion that Metro is no longer interested in providing service since becoming part of T-Mobile so after over 35 years of being a customer I have finally had it and I'm switching to a different carrier. It is not like it used to be everybody has a flat rate monthly plan so if metro wants to keep their customers they will do well to remember that there is more competition now. I for one have no time for the continued nonsense and run around so I'm gladly ready to go elsewhere for a simpler streamlined uncomplicated business environment.
