        Bryant is an excellent expert who help us exceptionally with phone, internet services. This makes me in love with AT&T, and we will definitely join AT&T in the near future and will refer friends and relatives to AT&T. We appreciate Bryant so much!!!!

        I came here in here at the beginning of November to switch over my phone lines and later I find out they sold me on accessories telling me it was free but I am indeed paying for them. Didnt add insurance on my phone like I asked them to and now I cannot file an insurance claim like I need to. I will be filing an FCC AND A BBB COMPLAINT to escalate to corporate. If that doesnt work, I will be speaking to my lawyer. This is ridiculous that you think you can tell a customer one thing and their bill it pops up as another thing. this is a RETAILER NOT A CORPORATE. Dont waste your time or money. Disgusting that you are ripping off people in this economy.
